The staff are very friendly and helpful! From the front desk to the floor and even on the phone. The therapists are also friendly and very knowledgeable and will go out of their way to accommodate you and spend time listening to your concerns. I've been going here since August and I'm getting better physically but also mentally since Joe explains everything to me. I highly recommend this place. You show up for therapy but you feel like you're showing up to hang out with friends who happens to be physical therapists.
Michael Stein & Joe Bailey are the absolute best! They are not only really nice guys, but exceptional therapists. Their organization is, without a doubt, the best is the San Diego area. The whole crew reflects the kind & understanding traits of these two gentleman (and, they are gentleman)! I cannot recommend "Manual" highly enough. Their diagnostic ability of any ailment and their insight for prescribing treatment are incredible!!
