Dr. Matthews himself is great. His office staff will regularly cancel appointments, require you to come in person with no notice, and recently cancelled an appointment 5 minutes ahead of time saying that Tricare (military) insurance "now doesn't pay enough" so the appointments "aren't worth his time." All in all, it repeatedly affected my schedule and my ability to rely on him to have my prescriptions refilled on time. Used to be good but now can't recommend staying away enough.
Finally! I actually found a doctor who listens to me. I work in the medical industry and you can tell he cares. He isn't a doctor that writes a script and sends you on your way. He takes his time explaining options, treatments and medications. Dr. Mathews also treats my daughter and.took his time asking various questions so he could understand her as a patient. His team of therapist are simply wonderful. My daughter is now seeing one of the adolescence therapist. I also found a great therapist for myself. I highly recommend.
I have had a great experience with Dr. Matthew’s and his staff. He was very thorough and took time to get to know me and what was going on…I never felt rushed ..They have been extremely quick to respond to my messages that I have left…I can’t imagine that anyone would not be happy with him…
I was referred to this Doctor by a trusted source since my primary did not want to manage my medication. This man changed my life for the better with his knowledge of medications and treatment plan. He is quick to respond to questions with my needs . I have worked in healthcare for over 30 years and have grown frustrated with the lack of follow through with physicians during my own struggle the past 2 years so suffice to say Dr Matthew’s concern and straight forward approach is what helped me turn it around.
I’ve changed the reviews since the treatments have changed. This practice is not suitable for patients seeking on going help. I’ll be filing complaints with the medical board. Not managing peoples medication when they need it is a dangerous business for the patients. Dr. Manu staff doesn’t know what the left hand is doing and feel in my opinion this is the root of all their negative reviews.
