This is absolutely the worst company. As the owner of a mobile healthcare practice focused on preventing rehospitalizations, I rely on mobile diagnostic services for timely PICC placements and X-rays. Unfortunately, I will not be referring patients here again. Despite my patients paying out of pocket for service, it still takes over a week to get scheduled, which is unacceptable.
He did a fantastic job and very quick very thorough. He also followed up with me a couple hours later with all the results with the radiologist. Overall it was the best service I've ever gotten in the medical field.
Our visit was amazing 1000000/10. I would recommend everyone to go here. Miguel took amazing care of my mom Lizbeth, he spoke spanish so it made it so much easier for my mom to understand everything. Miguel did such an amazing job.
Hands down solid 10 . Best customer service for a xray procedure. Miguel was so nice . He was bilingual so it was easy to communicate things for my grandmother. Mobile X-rays is fast and simple. Process took less than 10 min. Thank you Miguel. You showed awesome customer service. Way better than going to an office and dealing with the hassle . This is definitely The wave of future medical.
Miguel was very professional and was able to take care of my xrays upstairs in bed instead of me having to walk downstairs in pain. Then the circuit braker goes out and poor Miguel had to walk to the garage to reset it. Miguel was kind tho never got angry even tho it happend more than once. he was kind enough to reset before leaving. Thank you Miguel.
