BUYER BEWARE: Do not use, they are not for discerning customers that wants a quality service provider. Mantis is just like all the other Lawn and Pest control companies. They provide no customer service after signing, whereby, they were tested in our first week. The answer by the office manager was that ALL the techs (including the owners) have no set hours and they go home and come in anytime they want. Thus, not being available to customers.
