I saw "Dr. Carl" back in 2022, and they were one of the few practices who could help me get some relief. Two years later and they are still EXCELLENT. Emily and the rest of the staff are all perfect and the wait times aren't too bad despite a full waiting room. Carl Wilson is a ENT Guru and I highly recommend this practice if you have Ear, Nose and Throat OR ALLERGY-related concerns.
I was very disappointed in my experience here. Dr Manthai didn't even listen to my concerns. He was just insistent on me having expensive tests. He referred me out to a sleep study company that will not stop harrassing me multiple times a day! In addition, I have tried six times to make an appointment, but no one ever answers or returns my voicemails. I've wasted months.
-1 one star horrible people on the phones. You call and they hang up in your face! Zero compassion. I always want everyone to have a job, but they need better manager or more training!
