I lived in an apartment owned and managed by Manter Properties for almost 4 1/2 years and my experience was top notch. The four words I would use to describe them are respectful, attentive, honest, and fair. I had very few issues because the place was recently renovated and in great shape but, the few times I did, Todd and Lien or the other manager, Chris, were on it quickly. Rented here for three months. Roach and rat problems were never addressed by landlord. Had to break lease unfortunately.
My favorite landlord in Portland, hands down.
