My GE dishwasher, that we bought at Manteo Furniture over 21 years ago, finally broke down Thursday night. I called the service dept. Friday morning, and a technician was at our house within the hour. He took the time to point out several issues that caused the problem, as well as some that were developing. Have purchased several pieces over the past two years and am always very impressed with the helpful design staff, customer service and appliance repair!
Well I had recently wrote a bad review about a refrigerator that I needed fixed. But I also have a dryer purchased a year ago. My warranty was almost out. Spoke with Rick who was awesome got me an appointment. I don't remember the repair guy's name but he came and looked at it ordered the part. Call me back in a few days came out fixed it. Excellent service this go around!
