My less than 2 year old washer broke. A repairman came out the next day and worked on it for almost 2 hours. Unfortunately, it was not able to be fixed but they put a portion of my service call toward the purchase of new washer! Everyone there was kind and knowledgeable!
After trying every place on the beach, I made my way to Manteo. Best pricing and best selection around! The customer service cannot be beat! Kelly was excellent at helping me find exactly what I needed in my price range and the items were delivered to my house the very next day by two kind and helpful employees. You’ve got a customer for life here! Thank you!
I love to support local businesses when possible, but they don’t always have the lowest prices. Not at Manteo Furniture & Appliance! We recently relocated to the OBX and bought a new mattress and box springs for my little girl and they were great! They were very helpful and accommodating and the free delivery was FAST...the NEXT day! We went back and purchased and WONDERFUL new Rowe sofa. It is the most comfortable sofa we have ever owned! I visit my son and family who lives in Manteo. He introduced me to Manteo furniture. I love this store and the people. I have purchased a rocker, swivel chair and ottoman. Put it in the back of our car. I have lamps and throws. Cannot say enough about this store. Just a wonderful store. Sue B.
Absolutely the worst customer service in the business. They delivered a refrigerator that was suppose to have, and was paid to have an ice maker. No ice maker was in the $900+ refrigerator but the delivery guy hooked up the hose any way and oh ya, flooded our kitchen floor. We are now 9 days after the fact with no response except Manteo Furniture doesn’t make special trips to Ocracoke. They will try to be here next week some time.
