Dr.Botta does an amazing job. She really takes care of your entire body, from general wellness to chiropractic. I have had back pain since I was 12 years old and have seen other chiropractors with little change. They do not compare to the quality of care that Dr. Botta provides. I can do everything I love thanks to her. I also appreciate Beth at the front desk. She is amazing at everything she does!

I came to Manteno Chiropractic in the Spring of 2024 after being diagnosed with a severe case of spinal stenosis. I had an epidural and tried physical therapy with very little success. I actually had to use a wheelchair at times to get around. There was nothing but positive energy from the moment I met Dr. Botta and her staff--everything was focused on healing through treatment as opposed to traditional medical approach. I have just started my treatment with Dr. Botta and her staff and I would suggest if you are having issues to come in and get evaluated. My condition was pretty rough and in the past couple weeks I can feel and see the improvements. The office is nice and inviting. The staff there are great and fun to be around. It is a a very positive experience and she has a wide array of services to offer depending on your needs.

I suffer with severe neck pain from an injury!!! The only relief I get is the TLC that Manteno Chiropractic and Wellness Center gives me! I'm literally a new person after I leave there! I also learn so much on how to take care of my self in a healthy manner! Highly recommend if you are looking for a chiropractor who truly cares about you as a person this is the place I'm so grateful for Manteno Chiropractic and Wellness Center!!!!!
