Mantelli's online eBay store is a great place to shop. Their service and communication was Excellent, the shipping was fast and we are very happy with product we received Great Job MTSRV!
Ordered a part we needed for the toilet, waited over 2 weeks, finally called and had to call back later. Jay says, "oh, it came in 4 days ago and we realized it was the wrong part". "When I said I would find it online because I am pressed for time, his response was" I'm pressed for time, too." Unprofessional...would never recommend!
