The front desk receptionist is the Doctors wife and she is sooooooo rude and entitled. Dr was apologetic. Tney don't follow their posted business hours I actually don't think they are still in business the place looks closed down
If I could give less than one star I would. I went there almost 3 years ago. ONE time. And I'm being sent to collects for a simple extraction that I was covered for. Why did it take almost 3 years for me to receive an alleged bill? It's ridiculous and honestly bullshit.
THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST DENTIST IN NY THIIS PLACE SENDS YOU BILLS AND IN TO OLLECTIONS WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU THAT WHATEVER WORK WAS DONE IS NOT COVERED BY UR INSURANCE AND SENDS YOU STRAIGHT TO COLLECTIONS THEY SHOULD CLOSE THIS GUYS PRACTICE DOWN NOT ONLY IS THE PLACE UNSANITARY BUT THE PLACE IS FRAUDULENT COMMITING OFFICE
Came here over a year ago with different insurance and asked them to only perform what my insurance covers. All of a sudden I received a bill for $300 and called and the old worker left a message from a private number but never called me back. Dentist is a decent doctor but billing is crazy. How are you going to charge someone $300 so long ago from their appointment when they asked you to only provide a service if the insurance covers it?
Don't waste your time. Saying the are "unprofessional" is being kind.
