My closing documents were not thoroughly reviewed, resulting in an $8,000 out-of-pocket expense for a special assessment. After months of communication with John, he stopped responding, and I never received a resolution. While I understand this isn’t entirely John's responsibility, I believe it is his and his team’s duty to correct the mistake and take a proactive approach to resolving the issue. Reviewing documents is the core responsibility of a closing attorney, and if an error occurs, he should be held accountable.
I absolutely enjoyed sitting down with John. He’s an absolute gentleman and explained everything perfectly. My wife and I highly recommend.
