John and team were very thorough and professional in a multi location deal just completed for me! John Mantas Law is what Every law firm should strive to be like. John and his team are Professional, Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Tenacious! If there is a problem for his client, he won't stop until he has obtained a positive outcome. As a Realtor, I have personally seen John Close over 22 of my clients on time, and with them walking away from the closing with the keys for their new houses in their hands. I had no problems with the Mantas team closing on my home. We ran into a few things with the IHDA program, but I was able to quickly resolve that to get the lien release on my house. The Mantas team was more than patient to work with my horrible HOA And I signed all the documents that I needed to.
