Maybe they do a good job if you get past the attitude? Spoke to the guy/girl (actually it was hard to tell which the person was). Seemed friendly enough. When they found out we were doing competitive bids from other flooring companies, they bailed and said they don't participate in competitive bidding. Huh? When you are thinking about putting in $50K worth of hardwood flooring, you BET we're doing some comparison shopping. Needless to say, we can't even say if they do a good job.
