The secretaries are miserable and incompetent. They send bills to collections after they have been paid. Never going back

The dentist did not respond to 2 separate emergencies I had which were left on his voicemail. When I called the office after 3 times begging to go in for treatment as it was a Friday I was finally told to go in. The secretaries are completely miserable and unfriendly.
