I lived here for 1 year. Numerous issues with dogs off leash, feces not being cleaned around the property, brazen drug deals in broad daylight, staff not present or not responsive. The final straw was during the move out process. Firstly, I was late giving a 60- day notice to move by 4 days. This apartment complex does not take tenants complaints seriously. They never answer the phone when calling during business hours. I have called and complained about the person who is living above me for 2 months with no resolution. I was told that she is allowed to walk/stomp in her apartment. I would definitely not recommend living here.

In regards to the stated noise complaints, video evidence of the noise was reviewed by both office staff and courtesy officer. Courtesy officer also reported no evidence of excessive noise coming from the upstairs apartment. An offer to transfer to a third floor apartment was provided as well as an offer to waive transfer fees, and offer was declined by resident.

I toured this community last week and paid the 210 dollar application fee, then received multiple emails to tha complex portal and to pay the deposit of 500 dollars, which I did, I also signed the lease agreement online, then a couple days later my application was denied and I called several times to speak to the property manager, who never called me back. I went there today 03/30/2024 and was told it will take 30 to 45 days to get my deposit back which was paid by card. This is unexeptale as I paid all money in good faith a... read more

Mr. ******did not qualify to live at the property. His deposit payment will be refunded to him in the next 30 days. This is explained in the application process. We will request that his refund be expedited as a good will gesture.
