I recently had a tour with Jordan. She was very informative and friendly! It was a great size for my husband and I, with plenty of extra amenities. Would recommend!
The Manisons at Hemingway are in a fantastic location and the staff is always a pleasure to talk to! Chasera did a great job answering all my questions and following up with me with the answers she didn’t know off the top of her head. I would highly recommend!

Chasera, in particular, went above and beyond to make everything smooth and welcoming. The entire management team is friendly, professional, and truly dedicated to making residents feel at home. I would not live here. While the homes are nice space and location, the management is very poor. We were without central a/c for a month, they brought portable units that sounded like we lived at the airport. We were not compensated. I had foot surgery, again the air went out, we were told to take a picture next time it went out bc it kicked back on. No one wanted to look at the issue. Two days later, 100 degrees out, the a/c went out again, forcing us to go to a hotel. The air was out and we were not reimbursed for our hote... read more
3 BR kind of run down…caulking loose in kitchen spot. Signs of improper drainage from front porch eve. Cement and driveway have need of improvement. Cobwebs and debris at entry.
