Just called and Jordan was great!
Always a great stay! Great location. Parking included. Walking distance to ferry, restaurants and shops. Short drive to OB. Easy drive to Menemsha! Great gym, pool and steam room. Roof top yoga for the win!
I just want to express my displeasure about poor customer service from the manager. The new manager, Brian,, was unable to extend any courtesy for an unused health club pass. I purchased a pass that included 10 visits to the health club. I am an avid swimmer and usually swim outdoors. I had stayed at the Mansion House several times and enjoyed the indoor pool. I had a bad experience related to poor customer service at the Mansion House. I purchased a 10 pass membership for the gym. I was not informed in writing or verbally of any expiration date. I walked by the hotel this year and read that there was a two year expiration date on this pass. I only come to the vineyard to vacation in the summer and purchased the membership to use during inclement weather. I never thought I would have a time limit to use the pass.
