Beautiful hotel with a wonderful owner! Service is impeccable & wonderful hostess on arrival! Highly recommend
I’m not sure why I booked this hotel. There is no cancellation policy, no front desk to check me in or out. There was no way to contact management for any questions or requests. I had to go to Ponce de Leon Hotel to pick up key when I arrived. The room was almost OK except strange smell coming from somewhere (like behind wall?). Funny setup with bathtub in the room with only shower curtain to separate from the room. There was good pressure of hot water from the shower once I figured to adjust the shower head.
