I went there for the first time for a cleaning. The person who usually does my eyebrows stopped threading so I needed to go somewhere else. I asked for a cleaning and specified that I do not want my eyebrows to be thin. Kitty assured me that she won't take off too much. Once done, she said she cleaned and reshaped my brows. And that they looked thin because she shaped them in a specific way so they could grow in better. I was really upset because I just wanted a cleaning, not a reshaping. This place is very good for eyebrows. The lady does her work very well. She made my eyebrows very nice but she always says dont pluck them.

The place should not deserve to be called a salon and day spa. It is filthy, people are unprofessional, grumpy, rude and super nosy. The lady that threaded my eyebrows missed her calling as a butcher, I ended up with a fairly giant boil the next day in the middle of my forehead ( that she had unceremoniously started assaulting with a piece of thread the second I sat down). I would NOT recommend Mansha's salon to anyone for anything except the eyebrow threading. The staff was unprofessional, the place not so clean. I had asked only for the eyebrow threading which was done beautifully, but then the owner started threading the forehead and stated I had to do waxing of the face "to make it look clean and nice." I've been going to Mansha's Day Spa Salon since Sept. of this year and she does an amazing job. Kitty can fix anybody's eyebrows over an extended period of time no matter who they've gone to in the past. She's a busy lady so you have to pick a day that your not busy on to come in. I think its appropriate to have an apt. for her customers because it keeps business in an orderly fashion. And even if I have to wait a small amount of time, she's worth the wait. Mansha's Salon and day spa, is one of the best places i have ever been to. The lady there does an outstanding job on everyone's eyebrows, and gives you amazing customer service. Her daughter is very hard working and puts all her time and effort into satisfying all of their customers. I dont know wat these other people are talking about, but its a great place, and everyone goes there. They are one of the kindest people i have ever meet. Please don't go here. Had a terrible experience getting my waxing done. The lady double dips the wax stick and applied it on my skin. When I addressed the same, she wasn't polite and gave some weird explanation to it. I ended up having skin infection after visiting here. That was my last trip to this place. Never ever will I go here again. Over all a very bad customer service. I didn't tip them either. This place sucks.
