I am so disappointed with The city of Mansfield water repair department. There have been days I wake up to no water at all. Why can't we be compensated for the hours without water. Today November 15, 2025 woke up to no water!
I've watched them repair lines breaks up and down the street. They laid new concrete and the job was perfectly level and he took the effort to get the job done right. Then I needed the city lines cleaned out after a heavy rainfall, because I had to have a drain and sewer company and power out a sludge ball, they were scheduled to come the next day. So, my encounters have been favorable.
