Today, Friday, 8/8, 3 days before my b'day, my water heater broke and had to be replaced. I called a good friend of mine, and he suggested I call Mansfield. The initial call was great. I spoke with Miss Lirica, and she was able to put me at ease. She was able to get a technician today, and my heating unit was replaced in about 3 hours.
