My child was coming to this dentistry from a baby to 6 years then Dr Wu took over. It was our first experience and our last! Dr Wu was rude and rough with my child who has special needs. She was having the assistant hold her down as she tried to shove film in her mouth for xrays. I heard her telling my little one to stay still and open her mouth or else. Took my 2 year old here and he is now terrified of the dentist. Poor people skills!! I have to now find a new pediatric dentist and not sure how my child will react. This staff makes you feel awful as a parent when you leave. Changed my child's diet and brushed 3 times a day and the staff was rude and inconsiderate to my child. Had to leave without any work done because the previous visit left such a bad impact on my child!! Please don't make the same mistake I did and use this dentist. I was told that Dr Wu of this office is not good with kids and is not up to date with benefits of breastfeeding and says it rots the teeth.
