As a new patient coming from out of town the office started with the phone calls 10 minutes before appointment. Did they offer information like we are in an unmarked Reservoir commons small village? NO..... So the call came again where are you? As I drove by for the 2nd time missing the appointment. BE AWARE SEEK HELP ELESWHERE. they seem to just be in for the money. When I got to my PCP and they are 20 minutes late that's not a problem. But here if you're not 20 minutes early THATS A PROBLEM.
I have been seeing Dr Wen for years. He has always been there when I needed him in good times and bad. His staff are pleasant and professional, always patient to listen to your concerns. I would highly recommend Dr Wen and Northeast Wellness.
This place is terrible! I was left hanging with no medication and just told to go to the ER if I need to. I had to detox off my meds at home. They gave me the wrong link to the website so I missed my 2nd appt which was online and got a strike. The next time I was 4 minutes late and this woman, knowing I had been in withdrawl from meds, turned me away via text to receptionist. She couldn't even tell me in person. The most illequipped office and office management I have ever seen in my life. I asked for a bill for 2 months to pay a balance. Never received it. They cancel appointments and never let the patient know. It is unbelievable to think this is a mental health facility that supports people in crisis, all they care about is the dollar...do not go to these people. Your appointment will probably just be cancelled with no explanation and you will be waiting months for a bill...if I could give negative stars I would.
Northeast Wellness Clinic / Mansfield Mental Health and Dr. Gengyun Wen, MD, PhD have truly saved my life. The outstanding professionalism and compassion of Dr. Wen is beyond anything I have ever experienced before.
