I have been going here since my long term doctor retired. Dr Phan is a rare find today. He takes the time to listen, to get to know his patients. he makes reasonable lifestyle suggestions and is easy to talk to about any issue affecting my health. Too many doctors just rush from patient to patient and always seem to be starting fresh each time they see you. The staff at mansfield Medical Associates have been professional and friendly to me. First let me start by saying I rarely leave negative reviews!! But I can no longer keep quiet about the service I have experienced over the years. It consistently and progressively has gotten worse. The inability for them to refill prescriptions and communicate with their patients is lets say "third world".. Never have I experienced what I have with this practice. Me and my husband are patients of Dr. Cekro and we can't be more happier. We see the Pa who is super sweet and caring. The staff there is really sweet. Now that they have My Chart it makes things easier to see test results and make appointments.
The doctor is amazing. However you can never get in to this office. They close 2 hours a day for lunch. The front desk staff is helpless. What kind of office doesn’t hold appointments for people for the same day.
I thought they were good office but while my dads going threw the hardest time trying to figure out what’s wrong with him they decided to just drop him in the middle of the worst time because of me that is not even there patient had A miscommunication with a supervisor there so they actually don’t care about there patients So with that said be aware they don’t care about anyone but them selves they could of just asked his daughter not come they just threw him out like he means nothing
