BUYER beware $2500 in damages, if your car is damaged tell management and document but take directly to your insurance company. If they look at your car 1st they are looking for a reason why it was your fault. Then it is up to you to prove the damage was not there prior. Really sad group on ownership side
I bought the expensive car wash today and when they weren't able to spray the front before it went through the manager offered without me saying anything to run my car through again. Very attentive and helpful.
Left scratches on my brand new 2016 car. Keep getting the run around saying someone will call me and they sent my info to their supervisor. It's been 3 to 5 weeks now and I've heard nothing.
Jett Express car wash ripped my back bumper off my car today. The video shows my car in perfect condition going in and the bumper peeled off like a banana coming out. Manager Robert Charland said it was not their fault. Run far away from this car wash!!
Worst car wash ever! Terrible management do not ever recomend to anyone! They will literally destroy parts of your vehicle and then shut the door in your face and lie!
