Everyone is always nice when we go in. Employees are helpful and courteous, never had a problem with anyone being unprofessional

Most of the people that work for the city are kind people, or at least all of the people I have come in contact with. Great people in the street department, great people in city engineering. Great people in the water department. All great, except the tax department. Not a single person that I have had to speak with has been kind. Every single person has been blatantly rude and disrespectful. They need to do there job right every year it's I didn't do taxes but paperwork was dropped off every year now they send me one saying didn't do taxes 2022 bs maybe trump needs to come in and fix this city
