Everyone at Mansfield Dental is great! The entire practice makes me feel like they want to help care for me and my family. It's so nice to go somewhere where they want to know you and care. We don't just feel like the next patient. I wouldn't trust my family's care to anyone else!!
my appt was for 8 am I was called back about 5 - 10 mins early.by Penny. She is who has been cleaning my teeth now for a little over a year. She is great. She takes her time , with me and talks to me the whole time I am the. Make me feel really comfortable. The rest of the staff that I have talked to about diff thing are great to. Dr. Jones is so incredibly professional and super nice. Not only am I completely satisfied with his service but I also love how all the hygentist are so amazing too. We are a family of 5 and I like how they work very well with our crazy schedule. This is the place!!
Personal care and courtesy service is why I keep coming back to Dr. Blair Jones after 20 years even though I have moved an hour drive from his office.
I had a HORRIBLE toothache and had already planned to go see Dr Jones or Dr Harris, but this was a rush! They got me in the same day, did a root canal and I will tell you..it was not as bad as I was expecting it to be. Yes it was VERY painful, but Dr Harris was extremely gentle and took his time making sure I was not in any discomfort. I cannot thank them enough for the care they took with me, everyone of the staff that I spoke with was caring and very concerned.
