I still don't like going to the dentist but the staff at Mansfield Dental is doing their part to make me forget the terrible experience I had as a young child. Very attentive to making me as comfortable as possible and do a great job of not hurting even when they stick sharp metal objects in my mouth.
The entire staff is always very friendly and upbeat. Penny does a great job cleaning and checking my teeth. Dr. Jones always takes as much time as necessary to check my teeth and fix any problems before they become large problems. I can't imagine going anywhere that would be better!
I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR. JONES FOR ABOUT 7 YEARS. I LOVE DR JONES AND HIS STAFF. I WAW A LITTLE ABSOULATLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOUND THE CALL OF DUTY TO GET ME IN. I WAS VERY GRATEFUL AND IMPRESSED.GETTING MY ORAL CARE IS VERY INPORTANT TO ME AND IT MEANS SO....... MUCH ! THANKYOU AGAIN.

i have been going to Mansfield Dental for several years. My hygenist has taken me from a scardy cat to a peron thats enjoys my twice a year visits. Over the last ten years she has worked out my past negative experiences at dental offices. Now i am happy to see my hygenist, thanks Penny! Oh, they do have a really nice dentist too :)
Past experiences, as far back as childhood, have made me very anxious at any and all dentist visits. Dr. Jones was very patient and caring. As an adult getting cavities is embarrassing. If the dental work doesn't hurt, your pride does. I am very sensitive to pain and can feel pain that others may not. I always feel bad, like I am complaining when I have to tell a dentist, "That hurts." Dr. Jones was kind and accommodating....even when I had to use the ladies room in the middle of my session.
