i went for my cleaning. and Penny the lady i always have was there. She is always so nice and cheerful. always ask how i have been doing. and if there is any concern's needs or want's. and always take her time doing my cleaning. knowing that i have a fear of dentist. i really do like going there and all of the help that they have given me.
My brother is 52 and mentally challenged. He has been to the office 4 times over the past year and always is comfortable. The staff is always very pleasant and great to be around. Highly recommend!!
From start to finish great service and it didn't take all day.
I am new to the area and my visit was handled by staff and doctor professionally, courteously and expeditiously. I haven’t even moved into a permanent residence, but Mansfield Dental will be my choice for dental care. Regards….Bill
Dr Jones and his staff have always been friendly and efficient! We have been to his office for years and enjoyed their services.
They're always great about appointments- flexible and understanding. Both the dentists, Dr. Harris and Dr. Jones make you feel comfortable. Penny, the dental hygienist is my favorite person there. I have always had issues with build up on my teeth- Penny is very sweet. I used to walk out of the dentist feeling bad- after lectures about flossing and brushing (which I was doing). I really appreciate that I feel welcomed - Penny is a big part of that.:)

You guys are great. Both Dr. Jones and Dr. Harris have provided dental care for me over the years. I have seen a number of dentists in my life, some great, some were not such good experiences. Without reservation, you guys are at the top of the great category. Very skilled, personable, patient with my questions, and always available and quick to respond when I am in need, even at odd times. The staff are all wonderful, and just as professional.
Been going for years, always friendly, helpful, and GOOD at what they do. If you need more than just a cleaning, will review options with you with all the pros and cons. Would recommend to anyone who asks.
