Do not go here, the office is so difficult to work with and the guy who picks up calls is disrespectful and tries to mansplain everything. And having a late fee of $150 for someone who’s using insurance is insane. Choose somewhere else, there are many other better places.
Cassidy has been so helpful and healing. She builds trust easily and is perceptive and adaptive to my need to process facts and feelings. I have made remarkable progress with her because she can lead me to challenge my own ideas and help me see additional paths forward. Her care has had such a positive impact.
The owner, Jeffrey S Gallup, could not get us out of his office fast enough. This experience felt like a transaction and not a diagnosis for mental health of a patient. I felt as if he turns out people as fast as he can so he can collect his check. He was cold, dismissive, lacked compassion and seemed like he didn't want to be there. He ran through the test results with haste and would not allow us to have copies of some of the charts used for his diagnosis.
