Called Mansfield’s because our ac quit Kirby was here in less than 1 hr very professional fixed the problem within 30 minutes great job I will continue to recommend Mansfields’s as I have for the past 30 years
Was told there was a leak in my HP side of coils which is not accessible for easy patch/repair. Quoted 3,000 dollars for a repair (after already paying 900 for a service call/ coolant refill/ leak sealant) Or that I should just replace the whole unit. Got another HVAC company out here and he quickly noticed the leak and it being easily accessible for a quick repair at the low side pressure port solder joint. Trip Martin just fixed our thermostat after a power surge and he was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quick. He showed us how to better manage the thermostat and encouraged us to purchase a service contract. We don’t generally agree to an upsell on the spot, but his suggestion was reasoned and we called immediately and purchased one with Mansfield. Promote this guy now! He’s a keeper! Thanks Trip!
