They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while we were waiting, but it would have been nice if my child and I were a little more comfortable. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
