1. no hello, no good bye, no thank you 2. Steering wheel was at 10:00 when they gave my vehicle back to me. Seemed grumpy that it wasn't right. Still not right. It's at 11:30 so I will fix that myself too. 3. rotated my tires including spare but if I follow the same pattern going forward, right tires will never see left side of vehicle. 4. My aluminum wheels require torque to 90 ft-lb.
