Terrible property manager. An absolute jerk. 10/10 would not recommend
It's great working with them. They came up with creative ideas during the time when market was slow and were able to secure a longterm stable tenant. This is what any landlord wants.
On the positive side you did get the result that we wanted and got the place leased to a great tenant at the price we wanted. On the negative side we really thought the communication throughout the process was very weak. We only heard about the one tenant and were not aware of other potentials at all so it was hard for us to judge activity. I also ended up getting called directly by the tenant which was fine and actually moved this along at one point. Lack of communication was the major issue.
