We lived here for almost 4 years, here is some of our experiences: Pros: 1. It is a beautiful place to live, with friendly environment; 2. It is close to Santa Clara University and some high tech companies, the traffic is very convenient; 3. The rooms are very big, we rent a 1B1B apartment, and we get a parking space for one car and a large storage room; 4. The utilities and facilities are great.
