RecommendedEvery person should go on at least one retreat here in their lifetime. I never considered myself the “retreat” type of guy but now I’ve went 15 times over the past 25 years. Manresa is a beautiful place to refresh your soul and get closer to our Creator.
I used to participate yearly in one of your silent retreats. I have since moved away from the area and miss Manresa so much. It changed my life. I would take my children there, too and we would walk. When I needed to hear God's voice or just restore balance in my life I would go and sit next to my favorite statue of Jesus and He would always meet me there. I am longing to return. I need to come again. To sit in the stillness. Thank you for all that you do Manresa.

This place is made so wonderful by the folks that populate and support it. This was my first visit and I am definitely planning to return. The absence of distractions and the blessing of the conferences kept my brain full! My soul is richer for having been there.
Manresa is the perfect combination of beautiful setting and inspirational (and inspired) spiritual leadership that heals and edifies. The courses, retreats, spiritual guidance and Women to Women Prayer Group gave me the courage to go through the greatest physical and spiritual challenges of my life. Manresa's "spiritual survival kit" of Scripture-based prayer and reflection helped renew my faith giving me the confidence to reach out, and, then, plunge into the wellspring of Christ Jesus' boundless mercy, joy, and peace.

More than a place, Manresa is an experience. A retreat there or even a visit offers a nearness to God that is rare, beautiful and unforgettable.
