Worked at nelson pallet through these guys. Very shady stuff going on. The recruiter had one of the employees at Nelson pallet as a dating partner. Nelson pallet pays by the pallet that gets fixed, they were intentionally keeping him in a position to rake in the most amount of money while screwing everybody else in the plant. Because of this inappropriate behavior he got to rake in $800 a day... While everybody else there struggled to get a few bucks to go home with. When I brought this up to manpower they blacklisted me.
Manpower cares about its employees and wants to see them succeed. I would never want to work with any other staffing agency!
Very good company to work for with flexibility and understanding support and genuine concerns for employees
