Manova Realty is not only the classic deadbeat rental manager that ignores requests for maintenance and basic paperwork, but also quite committed to billing former tenants. In spite of my specific requests both through the portal and my former rental manager, Manova tried to bill me for rent two months after my landlord switched to a different agency.
