Hey Pulte Homes, 1.) You’re behind schedule at Villas at Highland Grove in Riverside, CA 2.) You’re janking with local traffic and now with school in session at the nearby Lake Mathews Elementary (and Im not even a parent), add a complete 4 way stop in an area that never had one. 2b.) You're new pavement on La Sierra is crumbling under normal traffic flow with 4 to 5 very large ruts / pot holes in less than a 100 yard span.
