I have worked with Zack Boyt and he was extremely supportive through the whole process.. Zack went above and beyond to help me even in his days off .
Be aware if you move in the majority of the neighborhood you will not get snow removal or have the streets maintained by the township as DR Horton can’t get their act together to do what they need to do in order to turn the streets over to the township. This was confirmed with the county engineers office. Moreover - you have no contact to anyone acting as a board member/representative on the HOA as the community is still under construction so when the terrible management company, Omni, doesn’t do their job you have no recour... read more
Homes are built as fast as possible and a lot of issues with the neighborhood. I have been trying to get an issue with my driveway fixed since January and neither of the neighborhood managers will return texts or calls. Also, the office refuses to tell you that there is a Dollar General being built right at the entrance to the community. They act like they don’t know, but it’s already approved through the township and they are just trying to keep it secret. The people are super nice, but DR Horton is a very dishonest builder... read more
