My mom was here for a month for rehab. In that montha time, i heard nothing from the rehab team whatsoever. No care plan in place. Never talked to the social work team at all. Only time i heard from then was when it was time to leave. Feel like the whole experience was a waste of time and money. After complaining about it, i was told sorry the social work staff was new!!!!! Horrible experience.

My uncle was just dropped on his head and i am sick to my stomach over the whole thing,Medstat should be ashamed of their lack of care and lack of experience.That Joleen girl should have been fired on the spot but i see she is still driving for them I hope the lawsuits come down hard on all the parties involved she was totally in the wrong and should have been dealt with Instead of texting on your damn computer phones you make sure the patient is secure and wheels locked But no!!! instead my uncle has staples in his head and... read more

Manor Care is a great place to for you loved ones to live and or to get the therapy they need they are loving and caring crew who really go the extra mile,however Manor Care chose poorly on there transportation (Med-Stat) those clowns are horrible just 2 weeks ago a big headed dopey girl dropped a poor guy of the wheelchair lift smashing his head off the ground all because she was in a hurry to get a Big Mac at Mcdonalds,I pray he will pull through,Now they go and hire small petite girls who cant even lift a bag of groceries... read more
