Not enough staff for all the residents. PT department leaves much to be desired. Always after your money.
Not enough staff can’t keep anyone they let people come and go to cna classes and when they are done learning what there job is they go somewhere else to work there dinners are never on time they serve burnt food all the time cnas have to clean because they don’t have housekeeping I won’t even give them 1star

Something really needs to be done with this place! Patients need better care!
My mom has only been at this place for 2 days...the service is horrible. The room was so hot we took her a fan. The first day she didn't get breakfast until after 10:30 (after asking several times). She called for the nurse to help her go the restroom the first night it took over an hour for someone to come, today was over 30 minutes (Same nurse both times) Something needs to be done with this nurse...she doesn't care for her patients.
