This place is a DISGRACE! My husband got a TERRIBLE RASH on his back bc he wasn't ever given a shower or WASHED! When he ASKED a worker there to WASH HIS BACK, he was handed what appeared to be a TOILET BRUSH WITH A SPONGE & told to DO IT YOURSELF! There was a MESS in the bathroom that HE tried to clean himself. When the person came in to CLEAN the BATHROOM all she did was EMPTY THE GARBAGE CAN! There was still PEE & POOP on the toilet seat. The quality of care is horrific. Found my mother on Saturday afternoon, who had just spent 2 nights from being transferred from another nightmare of a place, Westside Regional Hospital, laying in bed, naked and cold. On Sunday, went there, only to find her laying in a wet bed. The "aide" said she refused to get up..... So they let her lay in a pool of urine for how many hours??? She is 94 and fell, causing injury (no breaks or fractures) to her hip. She and other relatives have been in and out of rehab centers....but never d... read more
Would you recommend this nursing home to others? Absolutely Not Does this provider give unbiased advice? Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money. Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was left alone too long Does this provider always put the customer first? No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
