I would give this place a zero, but there is no category for it. My sister was walking with a walker and making it to the bathroom on her own before placement at this rehab mill. They put her in diapers and never helped to the bathroom again. I found her in a wheelchair with her face on her knees every time I went there. I would complain and the response would be " you pick her up if don't want her sitting like that". I give this place credit for killing her. How would you compare this senior care facility to other senior care facilities you have visited? The worst I have seen Was this senior care facility clean? It could have used some cleaning Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you? Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance!

I am absolutely not happy with this place!! The nursing staff is rude. I do not understand why you choose a nursing profession if you don't care about people. They are providing bare minimum care for my father. Its been three weeks and I still have not seen the doctor on site. No reports, no updates. If you have another option, I would highly suggest another place. So very disappointed.

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not satisfied, but not unhappy Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Yes, they seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine
