If you can help it please to not trust these people with your loved ones . I went to visit my grandparents today and my grandma's dirty laundry was piled high in her closet and stunk! The entire room was so pungent I was gagging . My grandma also looked dirty and not well cared for .Her clothes and sheets were soiled with urine. There were also moldy flowers in her room. You better believe I complained and will be taking further action .
This is not a place for your family to receive proper care. My grandma has been there for a while now, and I always have to spend the first 45 minutes to an hour cleaning up her room and helping her change her filthy, stained clothes. Why should this be something I have to do? Isn't that the care that is supposed to be provided to her? Laundry is never done, and her sheets smell of urine.
