let's start of by saying my mother is not the easiest of patients, however letting her sit in her own piss and feces, is not cool. pretty much letting her wound get worse(amputation). I understand we are in difficult times and everywhere is short staffed. However you explain to me how you would feel cleaning up her bathroom and her bed while visiting her.Also be wary of any valuables you bring, as we are still missing an iPad, her prescription glasses, and her charger block.… See more

This place is a nightmare, they treat the elderly like garbage. Stay away!
Horrible!!!! They don’t answer the phone for days!! Unprofessional at the least...I have been calling for days and get noanswer. They don’t communicate with us! My dad was transferred to the ER two days ago they never told me ...the hospital called me because they were trying to arrange transport back there for him and they couldn’t get in touch with anyone there! Clean, clean, clean which is so important! Organized, experienced, efficient Staff and the Physical Therapy is great with tons of equipment and experienced Staff, loved the updates since my dad was there years ago & my friend says even the food is good!
