The front of our house had been neglected for over a decade and suffered plenty of wood rot. Other quotes were significantly higher (and open ended) than Victor's. Alfredo*, Rosario, and Milton are the professionals that tackled the job in just over two days. When additional wood was found to need replacement, I was consulted each time to make the call.
