Manor Vision staff and management are grossly inept. They offer absolutely no customer service. They are arrogant, and appear as though they are better than their customers. They have no knowledge of insurance or the initiative to find out about it. I got the impression that they did not feel as though they needed or wanted my business. I don’t see them being in Manor for the long term so don’t waste your time.
Amazing service, I don’t remember the name of the lady that helped me this morning but she was really sweet and was able to fix my glasses. Overall great experience, would highly recommend!
Everyone at the Manor office deserves 10 out of 10. I will definitely refer my friends and family to them
