Ms. Walker is amazing… she has assisted me with all my rental needs… she is always available to answer any questions and concerns and is very kind. The property and unit is very clean and well kept.
I lived in these apartments in 2013. Terrible, terrible place. When we stayed there we were only given one parking spot for a 2 vehicle household. The bathroom and kitchen were outdated and needed some TLC. they had roaches that started to appear some 2 weeks after we settled in well. Our neighbor had roaches also. We moved in in January, tried to give our lease to SEVERAL other possible tenants, to no avail. This is a decent place to live for the money you are spending. There are no amenities. There is a shared washer and dryer in each. Holding which has 8 units each. No one comes by to clean the common area or the laundry room so hopefully yourself or one of your neighbors is kind enough to keep the halls in a decent condition. The lease says there are no dogs allowed but there are plenty in the property. Take them around back where they can run and stay cool :-(.
