I just moved into Manor Vale and everyone here is VERY welcoming, my apartment is comfortable and clean. I had a problem with my door and it was fix right away management is awesome! I am absolutely happy with my decision to have moved here.
I lived at the manor vale, and i liked it, my stay there was good. i got along with everyone and everyone looked out for each other. The owner and new manager stay busy at making the place as comfortable as possible for everyone there. i would recommend this place for anyone.
We moved here from Seattle and really like it. The other tenants are friendly and management is helpful. the Owner is usually busy, but is always interested in what we have to say. I understand he has gotten rid of the bad tenants who used to live here. All in all its a very good deal, and not just compared to Seattle. We like the location because its so close to Sprague. Our kids feel safe here too.
manor Vale is a hell hole .Where the tweekers tweek and the drunks stay drunk. You got baby moma drama everyday. Blite boys, you know the white boys who try to act black. They breed them at manor vale. You also got lezbos on meth that change their name more than they change their underwear. Managers that party with the tenants as if their in Vegas. My wife, mom and young child moved in in 2006. At first it was great, but then it got worse. We ended up getting mice up the yahoo. Our dishwasher didnt work..our water closet stunk like mice and had mold in it. We dealt with all of this for almost two years. We finally got fed up when my wife got pregnant with our second child and someone had the nerve to call CPS on every single parent in the complex. We moved out and have not looked back. Do not go there!
When we first saw this apartment we loved it. we moved to a one bedroom in very quickly and we were told that we would get a 2 bedroom as soon as it came available. we did not know that our dishwasher didnt work, there was no hot water comming out of the hot water heater. we mentioned this to our manager and he said "Ill come look at it when i get time."
